Percy Jackson Blue Cookies

   Preheat oven to 350°F.

   Mix butter and sugar.

   Add egg and vanilla to mixture (you can use an electrical mixer for this).

   Add flour, salt and chocolate chips (if there is a lot of flour left over, use your hands to mix it in.) If the dough is too wet add a bit more flour.

   Add the blue food colouring.

   Mold the dough into little balls and place evenly on a UNGREASED cookie sheet (far enough so they don't bake together).

   Put them in the oven for 8-12 minutes.

   When finished baking, put them on a cooling rack and enjoy!
