Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef; 2 can crushed tomatoes; 1 large onion (diced); 2 large celery stalks (diced); 1 Red bell pepper (diced); 3 clove garlic (finely minced); 2 tbsp tomato paste; 8 crimini mushrooms (sliced); 2 cup heavy cream; 1 cup chopped parsley; 1 1/2 tbsp dried Italian seasoning; 1 Salt and pepper to taste; 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese; 1 bag of your favorite pasta

Servings: persons

1 lb ground beef
2 can crushed tomatoes
1 large onion (diced)
2 large celery stalks (diced)
1 Red bell pepper (diced)
3 clove garlic (finely minced)
2 tbsp tomato paste
8 crimini mushrooms (sliced)
2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 bag of your favorite pasta

Brown ground beef in a saucepan and drain into a plate lined with paper towel and set aside.

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil and saute onions, celery and bell peppers until soft.

Then add garlic and saute for 30 seconds and add salt and pepper to taste.

Add tomato paste and stir until combined.

Then add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes (If you want a chunky sauce, go to next step.

If you want a smoother sauce, immersion the sauce.)

Add in ground beef, mushrooms and Italian seasoning.

Bring to a simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add in 2 cups of heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Salt and pepper to taste.

To finish, add chopped parsley and 1/2 cup of Grana Padano grated parmesan Italian cheese.

Toss and serve with your favorite pasta.
