   Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.

   Add onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes.

   Add pasta, crumbles, tomatoes, pasta sauce, Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese; mix well.

   Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Pour evenly into 2 full deep hotel pans (or 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).

   Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

   Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
