Pear Honey

   Grate the rind of orange.

   Peel and core all fruit.

   Run all fruit (pears, apples and orange) through a blender until it is of applesauce consistency.

   The add grated orange rind.

   Cook to near soft ball stage, then can.

   Yields approximately 2 pints.
