Peanut butter toffee cups – a delicious recipe with paper, milk chocolate chips, toffee bits, shortening, Grahm cracker crumbs, butter. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Melt chocolate and shortening on low heat in a saucepan

Use a muffin tray and add the wrappers to the tray.

Take a spoon and add a little chocolate to the wrappers.

Use a paint brush and brush the chocolate half way up the wrapper and make sure the bottom is covered as well .

When finished place in the freezer

While your chocolate is in the freezer melt peanut butter and butter together on medium heat stirring occasionally until melted.

Turn the temp down a little and stir in the confectioners sugar mix until smooth then add the Grahm cracker crumbs and let cool for few minutes and add the toffee bits and mix .. save a little toffee for sprinkling the tops

Take your tray out of the freezer and add the peanut butter mixture to the chocolate cups and then cover with chocolate and refreeze for 10 minutes and enjoy
