Peanut Butter Spritz Cookies

   Place your cookie sheet in the refrigerator to cool while you prepare the dough.

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar salt, baking soda, egg and vanilla. Place the dough in the barrel of a cookie press fitted with a flower disk.

   Remove the cookie sheet from the refrigerator, place a sheet of parchment on the sheet or a Silpat mat. Press cookies onto the sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove from the oven and place a chocolate Kiss in the center of each cookie before it cools. Let cool.
