1 qt. chicken stock
3 oz. onion, minced
3 oz. celery, minced
8 oz. peanut butter
3 oz. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
bacon crumbs or minced country ham

Mix together chicken stock, onion and celery; simmer for about 1 hour.
