   The one on the back of the package of chocolate bits is as good as any.

   Melt 3 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.

   Add this to the dough before adding the dry ingredients.

   Then add 1/4 cup extra flour and bake as directed.
