1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. 10X sugar
1 c. Cold Whip
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk

First Layer: Blend butter and flour together.

Fold in nuts.

Press in bottom of 9 x 11 inch pan.
