Peanut Butter Cookies

   Cream peanut butter and shortening together.

   Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

   Add beaten egg and then flour and baking soda.

   Mix well.

   Make a big ball of the dough with the hands.

   Then pinch off small pieces and roll in hands to make about a 1-inch ball.

   Then put on a cookie sheet and bake at 350u00b0 for 8 minutes.
