   ["Mix in a bowl by hand until creamy but don't over mix or the PB will dry out. Make small dough balls the size of a small golf ball or use a small ice cream scoop and flatten using a fork to about 1/4"" thickness on an ungreased cookie sheet or on Parchment Paper on the ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at Preheated 350 for approximately 8-10 min, I suggest setting the timer for 8 minutes and see how they're doing. Each oven bakes differently and it's better to be slightly under cooked then over cooked. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and place cookie on Wax Paper for another 15 minutes."]
