Peanut Butter Cookies

   Mix together the shortening, peanut butter, sugars, egg, vanilla and orange juice. Add the flour, soda, baking powder and salt and mix well.

   Take 1 teaspoon full of dough and roll into a ball, place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 375u00b0 for 10-12 minutes.
