Peanut Butter Blossoms – a delicious recipe with butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1/2 c butter
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 T milk
sugar
1 bag hershey kisses

cream butter and peanut butter. gradually add sugar and cream well. add egg, milk, and vanilla. mix well. blend in flour, soda, salt. refrigerate several hours. shape dough into balls. roll balls in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. bake at 350 for 5 minutes. remove and place a chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie, pressing down so that the cookies crack. bake for an additional 2-5 minutes
