Peanut Butter Bar Cookies Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Grease a 9 inch square pan.

   Measure all ingredients except egg into large bowl.

   Beat egg and add in to other ingredients.

   Using your fingers, mix everything together till crumbly.

   Press into the greased pan in an even layer.

   Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till top is golden and edges begin to pull away.

   Center will still be soft.

   Spread with frosting when pan cools.

    Cut into 18 bars, 1 1/2 x 3 inches.
