Peanut Butter And Banana Bread

   Preheat the oven to 180C.

   Work the peanut butter with the raw sugar, then incorporate the mashed bananas.

   Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and rum.

   Sift the flour together with the baking powder, adding it to the batter and stir until it has been completely incorporated.

   Add the chocolate, chopped coarsely.

   Butter and flour a cake pan or line it with wax paper, pour the batter into the pan.

   Bake for approximately 50 minutes.

   Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
