Peanut Brittle(Microwave Oven)

   Measure peanuts,

   syrup

   salt into a 1 1/2 quart glass

   bowl.

   Stir

    Microwave

    minutes, stopping and

    (I use a wooden spoon and leave in the dish.) Add oleo and vanilla and microwave an additional 2 minutes without stirring.

    Remove candy from oven and add soda. Pour candy onto a buttered cookie sheet and let cool.
