Peach Crepes With Praline Sauce

   Place your pre-made crepes in foil and if needed reheat in a 325-degree oven for about 10 minutes or until warmed.

   Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

   Add peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.

   Stir together and bring to a boil.

   Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until a sauce forms and peaches are tender but not mushy.

   While that is cooking in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, salt and butter.

   Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat, and gradually stir in half and half.

   Cook for an additional minute, continuing to stir.

    Remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla.

    Assemble crepes: Lay first crepe across serving platter.

    Spoon 1/2 cup of peaches across the middle of the crepe.

    Roll in half and top with 3 tbsp of praline sauce, followed by whipped cream and pecan pieces.

    Repeat with remaining crepes and serve immediately.
