Peach And Cream Cheese Pie

   Mix the flour, margarine, baking powder, salt, pudding, egg and milk.

   Beat 2 minutes.

   Pour into a well-greased 10-inch pie pan. Place a layer of drained peaches on top of batter.

   Beat until smooth, the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice.

   Pour over top of peaches, spreading within 1/2 inch of edge of pan (important).

   Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
