   Nothing bigger than a sake or Chinese tea cup

   Fill 3/4

   drizzle in water

   DON'T use bottled water, seriously.

   stir to a paste

   turn over, onto a saucer

    seal with water, on the plate

    let stand no longer than 1 day

    3-5 hours is best, it's hotter, longer.

    Thin with water, not vinegar.
