1 whole Onion, Chopped
1 head Napa Cabbage
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 pounds Cooked Ham, Chopped
2 pinches Salt, Or To Taste

1 pinch Onion Powder, Or To Taste
1 pinch Garlic Powser Or To Taste
2 pinches Steak Seasoning Or To Taste
⅔ cups Heavy Cream
1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

In a large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente.

Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking water.

Drain pasta well and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, in a heavy skillet cook the onion and cabbage in the oil over moderate heat.

Cook until vegetables are golden and al dente.

Add ham and seasonings and cook for about 2 minutes until cabbage is tender.

Add cream and simmer until slightly thickened .

Add the cabbage and ham mixture to pasta over low heat.

Add enough cooking water to thin the sauce to desired consistency.
