1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
6 ounces bowtie pasta
1 medium onion, diced

Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, until it just starts to brown.

Add all of the mushrooms and cook until they are soft and browned, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the chile flakes and tomatoes.
