Pasta Potato Bake

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Heat butter in saucepan and add onion and bacon.

   Cook until onion soft.

   Meanwhile, cook macaroni and cheese mix according to packet instructions.

   When cooked add onion and bacon and mix.

   Grease deep oven dish and layer the bottom with peeled and sliced potatoes until bottom of dish is just covered.

   On top of this layer pasta/bacon mix, then cheese then potatoes again until ingredients run out.

   Finish off with layer of cheese.

   Place in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
