1 box (16 Oz. Box) Penne Pasta
1 jar (24 Oz. Jar) Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
1 can (4 Oz. Can) Sliced Mushrooms
1 can (4 Oz. Can) Sliced Black Olives
8 ounces, weight Hot Italian Sausage
1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
3 sprigs Fresh Basil, Sliced Fine
1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
16 ounces, weight Shredded Parmesan Or Asiago Cheese

Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the box.

Drain and in the same pot, add all the ingredients except the cheese.

Add in 1/4 of the amount of cheese.

Spray a large casserole pan with oil spray.

Pour the mixture into the casserole, top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
