1 each eggs beaten
⅓ cup milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs fine, dry
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon accent
3 tablespoons bacon drippings

Trim excess fat from steak; pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
