Parmesan Cheese Puffs

   Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

   Foil or lightly grease a baking sheet.

   Melt the butter in a saucepan.

   Add the milk and bring to a boil.

   Quickly stir in the flour to make a ball, and take it off the heat.

   Beat in the eggs until the mixture is smooth.

   Now add the cheese.

   Drop rounded teaspoons of the dough on the baking sheet.

   Bake for 10-15 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.
