Ingredients: 1 cup AP flour; 1 cup corn flakes; 1 cup quick cooking oatmeal; 3/4 cup brown sugar; 3/4 cup semi sweet chocholate chips; 1/2 cup white sugar; 2 tablespoons sweetened coconut flakes; 3/4 teaspoons baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup softened; 1 large egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup AP flour
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup semi sweet chocholate chips
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons sweetened coconut flakes
3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degree F

Place all dry ingrdient in a bowl except the last three

Place butter, egg and vanilla in a large bowl and mix with a hand or stand mixer on low untill well blended

Add all dry ingredients to butter mixture with a spatula until well combined

Drop dough by using a cookie scoop or spoon onto an ungreasd sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart to allow spreading

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown in color. Allow to cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Then transfer to wire racks and cool completely

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
