Papier-Mache

   Mix water and flour in large bowl until smooth.

   Should be the consistency of heavy cream.

   Coat a mold (inflated balloon, or molded clay) with one layer of news paper strips dipped in water. Then dip strips in flour mixture and lay over first layer until mold is well coated.

   Let stand until strips are dry and hard. Paint over strips, if desired.

   Can paint faces, etc.
