the syrup...melt sugar and water over medium heat(dont stir)until golden yellow/brown.pour into flan pie pan coat botton and sides of your molding set aside...

using a blender combine condense milk,egg,vanilla,sugar,and the fresh milk.blend well fir about 3 min.

on a medium speed.

pour the mixture into your flan pie molding with syrup.cover it with aluminum foil.

place it into a large tin bakingdish containing 1liter of hot water bake for about 1 hour.

remove from the oven and completely cool in room temperature.

invert into platter....

i prefer to eat it cold.putting inside the ref for about 30 minutes.done cooking...enjoy!!
