Pacific Salmon Loaf With Cucumber Sauce

   In medium bowl, combine crumbs, milk, egg, onion, butter, lemon juice and pepper.

   Stir in salmon.

   Spoon into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf dish.
