Oven Roasted Whole Herbed Garlic Chicken

   Preheat oven to 370F

   Rub salt and pepper to the chicken and set aside for around 10 mins.

   This will help make the skin crispy.

   rub half of the butter to the chicken.

   Mince 1 whole garlic and rub on the chicken.

   Rub chicken with Herbs.

   do not forget to put some under the wings and legs.

   Assuming the insides of the chicken have already been removed, stuff it with lemon, butter, 1 whole garlic, salt, pepper and herbs.

   Put chicken in oven covered with foil for 45 mins.

    Remove cover and cook for another 45 mins at 400F

    Ample time is important to make the chicken brown and soft to the bones.
