Oven Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

   Preheat oven for 450 degree F and Place aluminium foil on baking pan and place it in oven for it to become hot.

   Cut the potatoes into wedges and microwave for 3 minutes.

   In bowl add the potatoes, olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic cloves, red chilli flakes, salt and mix well till its very well combined.

   Transfer this in the baking pan and roast for 30 minutes or till its crispy, golden brown, Turning the potatoes in 15 minutes so that its cooked evenly on both the sides. You can sprinkle the cayenne pepper in the last 5 minutes.
