2 lb. fresh oxtails
2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 medium potatoes
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 c. green beans
1/2 c. celery
1 large fresh tomato
1 can clear beef broth

Place oxtails in roasting pan at about 375u00b0 for about 1 hour. Drain off excessive fat.

Have vegetables cut to your favorite size.

Place in pan with oxtails.
