Ingredients: 500 grams of round steak; 1 salt and pepper to taste; 2 tbsp of steak seasoning; 1 tsp each of onion and garlic powder; 1 tsp of light soy sauce; 1 tbsp of olive oil for frying; 1 oven prove pan; 1/2 cup of beef stock; 2 tbsp of flour; 1 half onion slices; 1 tbsp of butter

Remove steak from heat and bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes

Remove the steak from the pan and used the same pan to make gravy ,by frying butter and onion till brown add beef broth let's boil and stir in flour

Slices the steak and serve with gravy
