   Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl; set aside.

   Combine mayonnaise, water and lemon juice.

   Stir well.

   Dip fish in mayonnaise mixture.

   Dredge in bread crumbs.

   Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
