Oven Crisp Potatoes

   Slice potatoes almost 1/2 inch thick.

   Brush both sides with oil and place in a single layer on a cookie sheet or shallow baking dish.

   Cover with foil and place in a preheated 375 degree oven.

   Bake for 20 minutes then remove, brush tops with more oil, sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper and return to oven, uncovered until they begin to brown (10 to 15 minutes).
