1 large onion, sliced
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

Cut ribs into six pieces and brown on all sides.

Place meaty side up in Dutch oven.

Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over ribs.

Bake uncovered on lower rack of 350u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.

Cover and bake 30 minutes. Stir sauce in bottom of pan and pour over ribs and serve.
