100 grams Bread (strong) flour
4 grams Dry yeast
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
130 ml Lukewarm water
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
3 Wiener sausages
1/2 Onion

6 Cherry tomatoes
150 grams Pizza cheese (mozzarella etc.)
1 Pizza Sauce

Make the dough.

Put all the dough ingredients except for the olive oil into a plastic bag, and knead it well to make the dough.

When the dough comes together, add the olive oil and keep kneading (10 minutes).

Leave it to rise in the bag (30 minutes).

Place it on a kitchen parchment paper lined oven tray and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Bake at 300C for 13 minutes.
