Ingredients: 6 tbsp Panko; 4 tbsp Milk; 1/2 Onion; 200 grams Ground pork and beef mixture; 1 Egg; 2 tbsp Ketchup; 1 dash Salt and pepper; 8 leaves Cabbage; 1 pinch Plain flour; 2 slice Bacon; 1 tbsp Butter; 2 Soup stock cubes; 50 ml Frozen green peas

4 tbsp Milk
1/2 Onion
200 grams Ground pork and beef mixture
1 Egg
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 dash Salt and pepper
8 leaves Cabbage
1 pinch Plain flour
2 slice Bacon
1 tbsp Butter
2 Soup stock cubes
50 ml Frozen green peas

Soak the panko with milk.

Mince the onion.

Combine the meat, egg, panko, onion and mix together.

Season with ketchup, salt and pepper.

Form 8 barrel-shaped patties.

For the cabbage, peel the leaves carefully from the outside.

Boil 2 to 3 leaves each in boiling water until soft, then remove the hard stem.

Spread out the cooked cabbage leaf.

Dust with flour using a tea strainer.

Heat butter in a pot and fry the bacon.
