   Heat milk to lukewarm.

   Mix 1/2 cup flour in a little warm milk, enough to make a paste.

   Add the eggs and beat well.

   Add to warm milk.

   Add rennet tablet which has been dissolved in the warm water to milk mixture immediately, stirring slowly until it curdles.

   Let stand for 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a warm place.

   Then drain off whey.

   Put in a baking dish.

   Cut in the sugar and cream and bake at 350u00b0 until done.

    Serve with lingonberries or strawberries.
