Oreo Truffles

   In a large bowl or plastic Ziploc bag, crush one 18 ounce package of Double Stuffed Oreos. They must be double stuffed or the consistency will be all wrong.

   Using your hands, combine the cream cheese and Oreo crumbs in a bowl until well mixed.

   In a double boiler, melt an 8 ounce package of baker's chocolate. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, create small balls of the Oreo mixture. You can either dip these into the chocolate or place the balls on wax paper and pour the chocolate on top using a spoon. Feel free to decorate with different colors of chocolate, sprinkles, etc.

   I generally refrigerate mine for at least an hour to make sure they are firm. Serve chilled or room temperature. They won't last long!
