OREO Ice Cream Slice

   COMBINE the white chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla in a small saucepan and gently heat until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

   Transfer mixture to a freezer proof bowl and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.

   LINE a 28cm x 18cm pan with baking paper.

   Arrange approx.19 of the OREO evenly over the base of the pan.

   (Some need to be halved for edges).

   BEAT the white chocolate mixture using an electric mixer until smooth.

   Add the cream and beat until soft peaks form.

   Spoon the mixture over the base then top with a layer of remaining OREO, cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

   To serve: Remove from the tin and allow to stand 10-15 minutes to soften a little before slicing.
