For Engine base, cut off corners of end of 1 graham; trim second graham to match.

Spread thin layer of frosting on top of one graham; top with second graham pressing lightly to sandwich.

To make wheel supports, cut 2 grahams into 6 pieces that measu re about 1 1/2 x 3/4 inches each.

Using frosting, stack 3 graham pieces together.

Repeat with remaining graham pieces to make second support.

For Engine, stack 4 white fudge covered cookies with frosting between cookies to form engine cab.

With frosting as pictured stack 4 red-fi lled chocolate sandwich cookies as for cab and stand on edge, attaching to engine base with frosting in front of cab as pictured.

Wrap 1 stick gum in a circle for smoke stack.

(If gum is too stiff to roll, quickly run under hot water and dry thoroughly; roll immediately.)

Attach gum roll to front of engine with frosting as pictured; secure green roll candy on top of smoke sta ck with frosting.

Attach small piece of cotton to top for smoke.

Cut remaining stick gum crosswise along length at 1/8-inch intervals, not cutting through to other side; fan slightly and attach to engine base front with frosting to form cattle guard.
