Orange Oriental Sesame Beef Stir-Fry

   Beat dressing mix, oil, zest, juice, soy sauce and garlic with whisk until blended.

   Heat 1 Tbsp.

   dressing mixture in large skillet on medium heat.

   Add meat; cook and stir until cooked through.

   Stir in vegetables and 1/2 cup of the remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender.

   Cover and refrigerate remaining dressing mixture for another use.

   Serve meat mixture over rice.
