20 lbs turkey
2 medium pears, cored and thinly sliced
1 large onion, quartered
1 stalk celery, quartered

3/4 cup orange marmalade
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey

In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, savory and sage.

Place turkey on a rack with breast side up in a roasting pan.

Combine butter and remaining seasoning mixture; brush over turkey.

Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 hours.
