Orange Cake With Port Wine

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Grease a bundt cake pan with margarine, and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.

   Begin by slightly softening the margarine in the microwave.

   Afterwards, add sugar, and mix well until it forms a homogeneous cream.

   Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat between each addition.

   Add the orange zest, orange juice, and the Port wine. Mix again.

   Add the coconut, flour, and baking powder, and mix until well blended.

   Pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of sugar.

   Bake for about 40 minutes.

    Check the cooking with a toothpick, remove, unmold, and let cool.
