Orange And Oatmeal Cookies

   Put the oatmeal and the jam in the blender, until getting a cream.

   In a saucepan, heat the cream with the sugar and the honey.

   Remove from heat as soon as it boils, add the jam and oatmeal, the cream mixture, and flour.

   Stir well until the mixture is well blended, let cool.

   Refrigerate for half an hour.

   Preheat oven to 180 Celsius degrees.

   Place small circles of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or with a silicone mat.

   Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
