salt and pepper
1 medium size apple, cored and cut into 1 x 1/4-inch sticks
1 stalk celery, cut into 1-inch sticks
4 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 slices bread, buttered
2 pieces leaf lettuce
4 sprigs parsley
