One Bowl Apple Cake

   In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Peel and slice apples and to mixture in the bowl, coating as you go to prevent the apples from browning. Mix baking soda and flour to wet mixture, mix well until the flour is absorbed by the wet ingredients. Pour into well greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees approx. 55 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
