1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup . olive oil
1/2 cup 2 tblsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 banana, mashed smooth
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
12 ounces best quality dark chocolate, chopped or chips
