Old Fashion Brisket

   preheat over to 325 degrees

   mix first 4 ingrediants together in bowl

   slice onions into thin rounds and place on bottom of deep flat pan

4. 4

   place brisket in pan atop the onions

5. 5

   pour mixture over meat

6. 6

   cover and cook 45 minutes per pound

7. 7

   should be very tender when done

8. 8

   remove brisket and cool, overnight if possible

9. 9

   remove meat from gravy and slice on the diagonal

10. 10

    reheat in gravy and serve
